🔥 Do your wax melts work in all warmers?
Our wax melts are designed specifically for high-heat electric warmers to ensure optimal scent throw and a clean melt pool. We do not recommend using them with tea light warmers or low-heat devices, as performance may vary.
🕯 Are your candles and melts made with clean ingredients?
Yes. We use a luxe blend of coconut, soy, and sunflower wax — all free of paraffin, phthalates, and harmful toxins. Each item is hand-poured in small batches with clean-burning ingredients and carefully selected fragrance oils.
📦 How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order leaves our studio. Delivery times vary based on your location, but typically take 2–5 business days.
🧾 Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders shortly after they're placed, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. If you need assistance, please contact us at hello@homebodylivingco.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
💔 What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packing each item, but if something arrives broken or incorrect, please email us within 5 days of delivery at hello@homebodylivingco.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
💸 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
🌎 Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand soon — stay connected by joining our email list and following on social media for updates!
📬 Do you offer local pickup in Atlanta?
Currently, we do not offer local pickup, but we’re exploring ways to serve our local homebodies better. Stay tuned.
💌 Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely. Just let us know at checkout by adding a note, and we’ll exclude the packing slip. Gift wrapping isn’t available at this time, but our packaging is always photo-ready.
